Punam joined NV Energy, Inc. in April 2009 after 13 years in the gaming industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Community Affairs for MGM MIRAGE.
During her tenure, MGM MIRAGE received numerous awards in her areas of responsibility, including being ranked among the “Top 50 Companies for Diversity” by Diversity Inc Magazine and one of the “Top Corporations in the U.S.” for multicultural businesses by DiversityBusiness.com.

Kirk is responsible for the more than 120 Wells Fargo banking stores in the state of Nevada. He serves on a variety of community boards including serving as Board Member of the Clark County Public Education Foundation, Desert Research Institute, Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Policy Research Institute, UNLV Student Life Advisory Board, and the University of Nevada Reno Foundation. Clausen is a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
