Chris Fearnow has had a passion for food since he was a young boy and was inspired by his parents who owned a coffee sandwich and catering restaurant. Attending the Nate Hart Cooking School at Caesars Palace, he studied European cookery, graduating in 1979.
Fearnow has had the pleasure of working with some of the finest chefs over the years, helping him to refine his palate and credited for his successes in restaurant properties including: Larry’s Old Ranch House, Stardust Hotel, The Mirage, Bellagio Las Vegas , Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, Texas Station and Green Valley Ranch.
Fearnow has been featured on American Casino, Food Network’s Meat on the Bone and is also a proud winner of Hell’s Kitchen. He believes that the kitchen is the heart of the home and it is where families share the day’s experience over great meals and drinks.
