Seniors Eating Well is a nine-week course where we’ll provide answers to your nutrition questions, as well as tips on healthy cooking, meal planning, social relationships, fitness, and diet. Participants will receive a binder, class materials, plus food and giveaway items at each class. No registration required. We’ll be meeting at the East Las Vegas Library every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from June 5 through July 31.
