Brian W. Burton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. Burton brings more than 20 years of non-profit industry experience to his post at Three Square Food Bank. He most recently served as Executive Director of the Wilkinson Center in Dallas, Texas, a non-profit organization that empowers low-income families to break the cycle of poverty through emergency services including food assistance, education and case management. His professional expertise includes rapid organizational growth and development, program sustainability, community engagement, public policy work and diversified fundraising. Burton holds a Master of Divinity degree in Education from Southern Seminary, a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University.

John’s vision is to better serve the agencies through efficiency and customer service and for Three Square to become the model/elite Food Bank in the nation. He currently serves as Three Square Chief Operating Officer, prior to joining Three Square he spent six years at Second Harvest Heartland, a food bank in Minnesota. John has spent 15 years in the fields of warehousing, logistics, pick-n-pack, contract manufacturing and transportation for both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Andy Schuricht

As CFO, Andy oversees and manages Three Square’s $11.5 million budget, human resources and information technology. He has been working in and around the not-for-profit sector for the last 20 years, including 6 years at the Springs Preserve. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Andy worked as a consultant to cultural institutions, including the Baltimore Museum of Art, The Snite Museum of Art at Notre Dame and the Walker Center. He has both an MBA and a Master’s of Arts in Arts Administration/Nonprofit Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
