President & CEO
Brian W. Burton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. Burton brings more than 20 years of non-profit industry experience to his post at Three Square Food Bank. He most recently served as Executive Director of the Wilkinson Center in Dallas, Texas, a non-profit organization that empowers low-income families to break the cycle of poverty through emergency services including food assistance, education and case management. His professional expertise includes rapid organizational growth and development, program sustainability, community engagement, public policy work and diversified fundraising. Burton holds a Master of Divinity degree in Education from Southern Seminary, a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
Matthew J. Muldoon
Chief Development Officer
Matthew's responsibilities as the Chief Development Officer include managing all elements of individual and corporate fundraising, marketing and public relations, donor acquisition and recognition, and database management among others. He brings more than a decade of development experience to his post at Three Square. Prior to joining Three Square he served as the Director of Development for the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and held key development positions during UNLV Foundation's $500 million dollar capital campaign. Matthew holds a Master of Science degree from UNLV's William F. Harrah Hotel College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State College.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Andy oversees and manages Three Square’s $11.5 million budget, human resources and information technology. He has been working in and around the not-for-profit sector for the last 20 years, including 6 years at the Springs Preserve. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Andy worked as a consultant to cultural institutions, including the Baltimore Museum of Art, The Snite Museum of Art at Notre Dame and the Walker Center. He has both an MBA and a Master’s of Arts in Arts Administration/Nonprofit Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Dan and the operations team are tasked with seeking opportunities to expand Three Square's food acquisition, warehousing and distribution capability to Partner Agencies. His primary responsibilities include upholding the organization's unparalleled customer service standards, bringing cohesion amongst Program Partners, strengthening and expanding the food bank's business relationships and sustaining its exponential growth. Before joining the Three Square team, Dan spent 33 years in the local retail and wholesale food industry, including Store Director and later Group Store Director at Albertsons.
