President & CEO
Brian W. Burton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. Burton brings more than 20 years of non-profit industry experience to his post at Three Square Food Bank. He most recently served as Executive Director of the Wilkinson Center in Dallas, Texas, a non-profit organization that empowers low-income families to break the cycle of poverty through emergency services including food assistance, education and case management. His professional expertise includes rapid organizational growth and development, program sustainability, community engagement, public policy work and diversified fundraising. Burton holds a Master of Divinity degree in Education from Southern Seminary, a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
Chief Development Officer
As the Chief Development Officer, Michelle and her team are tasked with raising the annual cash budget for Southern Nevada’s only food bank, enabling continued operational growth until the meal gap in Southern Nevada has been closed. Prior to Beck’s promotion she served for more than three years as a development officer at Three Square. She has over twenty years of experience in business development - nearly a decade of development experience in the banking industry. Before she joined the team, she was vice president of business development and client relations at Bank of George and Community Bank of Nevada.
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Larry has the direct responsibility of financial reporting and budgeting for Three Square. He works to comply with laws and regulations in his stewardship over all donor funds, while also providing direct supervision of the human resources and information technology departments. Larry spent 31 years in the banking industry, where he held management and executive positions until he joined the team at Three Square. Larry holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from National University, and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Utah State University. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Dan and the operations team are tasked with seeking opportunities to expand Three Square's food acquisition, warehousing and distribution capability to Partner Agencies. His primary responsibilities include upholding the organization's unparalleled customer service standards, bringing cohesion amongst Program Partners, strengthening and expanding the food bank's business relationships and sustaining its exponential growth. Before joining the Three Square team, Dan spent 33 years in the local retail and wholesale food industry, including Store Director and later Group Store Director at Albertsons.
