Michelle Eckmann

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Michelle Eckmann oversees financial strategy, reporting, and budgeting for Three Square. She brings a broad range of experience from both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, having previously served as CFO for Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada and the Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain. Her earlier career includes 15 years in the CFO Group at Bank of America and time as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Eckmann earned both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina and currently serves as Board Treasurer for the Association of Junior Leagues International. Eckmann is also a past president and 18-year member of the Junior League of Las Vegas.

A passionate traveler, Eckmann has explored all 50 states, all seven continents, and over 100 countries and territories. She enjoys bringing global flavors into her kitchen, often sharing unexpected culinary experiences with friends and family.
