Latest $150,000 gift will provide 450,000 meals for neighbors facing food insecurity, reinforcing a long-standing community partnership
LAS VEGAS, April 13, 2026 – Three Square Food Bank today announced it has received a $133,000 contribution from Boyd Gaming, representing recent customer donations at slot-ticket redemption kiosks at Boyd properties across the Las Vegas Valley. The donation will help provide nearly 400,000 meals to neighbors facing food insecurity
With today’s contribution, Boyd has provided more than $1 million in financial support for Three Square since its founding. Boyd executives and team members presented the donations at a volunteer event at Three Square this morning.
“For decades, Boyd Gaming has been honored to support Three Square in its vital mission of addressing hunger in our community,” said Steve Schutte, Executive Vice President of Operations for Boyd Gaming. “We are deeply grateful to our guests across the Valley for their generosity as they join us in helping southern Nevadans in need.”

Community Partners
Boyd Gaming has been a dedicated partner to Three Square for many years, contributing both financial support and volunteer time. Employees also regularly volunteer in the organization’s warehouse, helping sort and distribute food to those in need.
Community Impact
The $133,000 donation will help Three Square continue providing food assistance through a wide network of community partners, working to ensure consistent access to nutritious food for families, children, and seniors. Across Southern Nevada, the need remains significant. One in six residents may not know where their next meal will come from, including one in five children living in food-insecure households.
