Keri Valentic Moore is a strategic marketing leader with nearly 20 years of experience
guiding brands across the food, beverage, hospitality, and sustainability sectors. She has
held key roles with Whole Foods Market and the José Andrés Group and is the founder of
KVM Marketing, a consultancy specializing in integrated strategies for restaurants,
hospitality groups, and mission-driven organizations.


Her client collaborations include respected industry leaders such as Chef Nicole Brisson’s
Brezza, Roy Ellamar’s Fine Company, Dan Krohmer’s Other Mama, and the Women’s
Hospitality Initiative. In addition to her culinary work, Keri also contributes to sustainable
transportation efforts as marketing manager for the Regional Transportation Commission’s
Club Ride program, furthering her commitment to building more connected, responsible
communities through behavior-change campaigns and public outreach.


Keri previously served on the board of the Nevada Restaurant Association and as co-chair
of communications for Slow Food USA, Vegas. Most weekends, she can be found at her
community garden plot, cycling through the Las Vegas Valley, or exploring the city’s
evolving food scene.
