Nick McMillan is a Managing Partner of The Golden Steer Steakhouse. McMillan is originally from Chicago and has spent his career building companies in both the technology and food industries. He sold his most recent startup, Akouba, in 2018 before relocating to Las Vegas with his wife — Amanda Signorelli — to take over operations at The Golden Steer.
