Nicolas Kalpokdjian is a serial entrepreneur who holds two degrees in management and corporate finance from EDHEC Business School in France. He is passionate about food and wine, and his career has taken him all over the world, from France to Hong Kong, China, and Brazil, where he's worked with over 30 Chefs on the business side of operations. Kalpokdjian's childhood dream was to move to Las Vegas, Nevada. While growing up in France, he started reading Las Vegas' newspaper every morning from 2008 until he put together a great team in 2014 to leave France to live his American dream.

Kalpokdjian is a self-taught French wine enthusiast and shares his passion for French wines through wine pairing at Partage, the French wine club experience, and, of course, at Le Club. His best restaurant memories since moving to Las Vegas include serving 21-Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse at Partage and childhood tennis idol Andre Agassi at Eatt Gourmet Bistro.

In April 2018, Eatt Gourmet Bistro was voted Best Restaurant in Las Vegas on OpenTable by diners. Kalpokdjian won the Restaurant of the Year award in 2018.
