Born and raised in Las Vegas, Niki Mack is a seasoned hospitality professional with deep roots in the city’s vibrant service industry. She is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her degree from the prestigious Hospitality College. Mack began her career at the iconic Hard Rock Hotel as a room service server, where she honed her skills over 12 years in various roles.

Following her tenure at Hard Rock, Mack joined the Golden Nugget as General Manager of Room Service, leading the team for two years before taking on a pivotal role in the opening of SLS Las Vegas (now SAHARA Las Vegas) in 2014. Initially serving as General Manager of In-Room Dining, she has since risen through the ranks to become the Director of Restaurants, overseeing operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets.

Outside of work, Mack is a dedicated parent to three children and an active member of the community. She is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures. Mack is committed to giving back through local outreach and volunteer efforts whenever possible.
