Born in Texas and raised in New Jersey, Steve Ruck built a career defined by resilience, hospitality, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations from the ground up. After moving to North Florida, he began his journey in the industry as a busser, quickly developing a passion for service and a drive to grow. Over the next decade, Ruck advanced through all front‑of‑house and kitchen roles, gaining a well‑rounded operational foundation that continues to shape his management style today.
In 2010, Ruck relocated to Las Vegas, where he spent seven years as a kitchen manager before stepping into the role of General Manager. When COVID‑19 closures reshaped the industry, he transitioned to Titan Brands, bringing his experience and steady leadership to a new chapter. His impact was immediate, earning successive promotions from General Manager to Senior General Manager, then District Manager, and ultimately to Director of Operations.
In their current role, Steve oversees multi‑unit performance, operational strategy, and leadership development across the organization. He is known for cultivating strong teams, elevating guest experiences, and driving consistent results through a blend of hands‑on expertise and strategic vision.
