Born in Miami, Florida, and a proud resident of the Las Vegas Valley since 1981, Yancy Perez brings over 25 years of restaurant industry experience and a deep-rooted connection to the local community. Perez began his restaurant career at just 15 years old after attending Las Vegas High School. He later honed his culinary skills at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN).

Perez has worked with renowned hospitality groups including China Grill Management, Batali & Bastianich Hospitality, and now serves as the Regional Manager for the Border Grill Group. Throughout his career, he has focused on cultivating positive, approachable workplace cultures and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

His leadership has been instrumental in multiple successful restaurant openings and concept launches throughout the Las Vegas Valley. With more than four decades in the community and a passion for hospitality, Perez continues to make a lasting impact on the local dining scene.
